More often than not we help owner managers sell to a trade buyer, however that is not always possible, or the strategy preferred by our clients- in which case we look at a sale to a management team, whether it is the team already running the business (MBO) or an external team (MBI), or a mixture (BIMBO). We have long experience of advising management teams in this very sensitive area of negotiation.

Deals need finance, and businesses need finance for working capital and investment. We have extensive contacts in the debt and equity markets to enable us to help you raise the funds that your business needs.
